Meet Dan
I'm Dan Caplin - founder of Beyond Divergence and the Workflow Intelligence Group. ADHD consultant, and father of four. I’ve spent over two decades in high-pressure sales, strategy, and business leadership roles, always trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for me.
I spent most of my career masking, burning out, and wondering why I couldn’t just do what everyone else seemed to find straightforward. It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fix myself and started designing around my brain that things shifted.
Now I help other neurodivergent leaders do the same. Not with advice. Not with coaching. With proper workflow architecture, powered by AI, designed for brains like ours.
Beyond Divergence + Workflow Intelligence
